I’ve recently seen two sites which have been very much inspired by two of my sites. The question is, how do I take this?

People have ripped my layouts before, it happened to Michele the other week, and now it’s happened to me again. The difference here is that these sites have been inspired only by certain parts of my layouts. Usually I’d go nuts and bring on the cursing but this time I’m not sure if I even want to.

How’s that for an update?

Dear asshole at XeroCool’s Blog thank you sincerely for ripping my old layout and the CSS. Yes, you asked me, and I said no. That doesn’t give you permission to totally rip the layout and CSS of my old design.

Further more, you removed all credit to me:

You’re also obviously too dumb to implement your own header text using the CSS because of the huge white gap at the top of the page. Go and learn CSS yourself, cheapskate.

How do I know its my design?

• Font’s, paddings and width’s are exactly the same from my own design. Oh wait, the whole CSS file is with tiny modifications.
• featuredwork classes are from a portfolio page I was building.
• .syndicate classes for tables are exactly the same from what I was using previously.
• CSS contains my “now playing” album image code”
• .toolbar_x classes are what I designed for MY code buttons editor I used to have on comment pages.
• The comment “/*** MyCode ***/” is the term used to describe BB code in MyBB, I lifted the aboev CSS directly from MyBB and thus it is there too.

Obviously you’re also way too dumb to lift it and replace all instances of the code of my domain with your domain:

Oh also, there is a bug in your menu which co-incidently I was experiencing too. The “link” doesnt go all the way to the top – click down on it with your mouse and don’t let go – notice how the dotted border isn’t all the way at the top? It’s a bug. What a co-incidence it happens in your layout too.
