No Unit Testing/CI to Unit Testing (PHPUnit), Interface Testing (Selenium) and CI & auto builds (Atlassian Bamboo) in a day. Happy camper!

IMO: Writing complex code does NOT make you a good programmer. Writing clear, concise and understandable code makes a good programmer.
