Also, the final episode was very dissapointing. I didn’t like the Asgard situation at all, it just didn’t wash, maybe if they somehow linked to the destiny of the Ori, then yes, the writers could have justified their decision towards them in the final episode.

Also, having been bestowed with a goody bag, some of the Asgard tech. could’t have been downloaded and carried in person? I think so, and the morphing of SG1, far too laboured, a good overall end, but it could have been soooo much better, and also, I think that to cut a program as popuplar as this, someone is really making a rash decision, it BETTER return, or I will contact all EBE’s I know to rectify the situation. …If anyone knows of any EBE’s please let me now where I can find one to start the process of going back in time, and making the decision makers continue the show for another 10 years.

As for Stargate Atlantis, I hope I am not alone in saying that the props look very dated compared to SG1 Sfx, its like watching Star Trek Enterprise, rather than generations! Also, the charater interaction is very wooden, I hope the wraith can do something to their on screen lines and intercation

Like some of us above, stargate was half of my life too.
When I heard the news that the show was going to be cancelled I was in shock.
But all good things come to an end, thats life….(even tough it sucks sometimes)

But hey lets not be a pessimist, we still have stargate Atlantis (its not the same, but at least we have something)

Both the final episode of SG1 and the series finale of Atlantis were excellent by the way.

So MM would have watched it on TV (Unless he doesn’t have Sky One?) and the rest of us would have obtained it through “other channels.”
