I’ve created a Windows Sidebar gadget for users of Mint so they can get a quick glance at their statistics similarly to the Junior Mint widget for Mac OS X.
Read about it & download a copy if you’re interested.

All in all, how is this thing called Vista?
Chris Boulton (February 7th, 2007, 1:08 am)
Well, I’ve always been a fan of Windows so to me it’s the next greatest edition.
Stability isn’t a problem here - have been running it o n my laptop since early beta builds and have just rolled over my main desktop PC to Vista as well with absolutely no issues at all.
The features however, are things that should have been included with Windows a long time ago: a calendar, address book, widgets/gadgets system, photo gallery - things OS X have which the average user finds fun and has a use for - and exactly the features that ruin the “Get a Mac” campaign’s idea about PCs are for work only and not fun.
I’ll probably post a more detailed review sooner or later.

Pretty good
The gadget looks good. Too bad though I don’t use Mint
They don’t have any free services do they?
Chris: On the vista mint gadget page, you might want to fix the link to the Mint 2 website link

When I upgraded to Vista last month (I love it too), a Mint gadget was crying out to be placed on that sidebar. You’ve done a great job. Thanks
