I like mine with a touch of AJAX functionality and the script.aculo.us effect library for both commenting and live previewing of comments.

    Ajax comments, looks good I will look into that script.aculo.us…

    The live preview is a very cool option, with important things like the actual status of the post (like not posted yet) feedback about a process being run. Very nicely done…
