You don't go around ripping peoples layouts. If you're inspired by a layout then you create your own using the ideas from it - you certainly don't rip the entire CSS and markup. It's not what the internet is like - it's what a small population of the internet is like who obviously have none of their own creativity to design their own layout so they are low enough to rip someone elses.
